Vienna: A woman narrowly escaped death after a Cessna 172 collided mid-air with a paraglider near Zell am See in Austria on Saturday.
According to police, the 44-year-old Austrian woman was paragliding from the Smittenhöhe region when the aircraft struck her paraglider during flight.

Officials said the woman managed to deploy her emergency rescue parachute immediately after the collision and landed safely without serious injuries.
The incident reportedly caused panic among onlookers, though no casualties were reported.
Videos of the dramatic mid-air collision and the woman’s escape have since gone viral on social media.
